Figuring Things Out

I decided after just a little of toying with this blog stuff, I am NOT a blogger! I don't get how to get all the cute stuff on my page, to make it all pretty and fancy with different embellishment type things! All well. I suppose in time, I can learn!

I only have one follower, so Leighann I hope you like my post! Haha. I'll figure out how to invite more people sooner or later! :)

Life is pretty mellow now that summer and fall are over. It seems like almost every weekend we were running off to a wedding, or an activity with friends, or family, or camping. Now we have a few things here and there, but we get to stay at home a little more often, which is neither good nor bad!

Kyle and I are working towards buying a home which is SUPER exciting for us, seeing how we have been living with in-laws since even before we have been married! By the time we are approved, found a house that will fit our needs and most of our wants, worked out all the offerings, inspections and signing papers, we probably will have been with our in-laws for almost 2 years. CRAZY! We really are just wanting to spread our little wings, and fly! :) Our debt will be paid off and we will be able to afford $500-$600 for a mortgage payment, and then utilities. We are trying to stay as low as possible without sacrificing too much. We are looking at anything from Bountiful to North Ogden within our $80,000 price range. It has been fun to search on the internet for places that would work. We have found a few places in Layton, Clearfield, Sunset, and Roy to look at, and lots of places in Ogden. I know most people scream and run away at the thought of moving to Ogden, But there are some really decent areas with pretty cute houses too. People don't even know what is out there! I have a lot of family in the Ogden area, and we know of what parts are nice, and what parts to stay away from!

Kyle and I have driven around the neighborhoods scouting out the houses to check out what type of neighborhood it is and the actual exterior of the homes. This is only judging by looks but once we look at the inside of the house we will take a walk around the neighborhood and judge it from there. We also plan on talking to local police stations, and planning on going to the ward we would be attending and talking to folks there!

Quin is getting so so so so big! It's crazy to think he is almost 11 months old (on the 18th)! Time is flying by so fast! He is a smart little boy. He is always exploring new objects, doors, sounds, everything! He even gets the mirror and finds the lights reflection on the walls. The wheels are ALWAYS turning in that little boys head. He gives us so much to smile about, I don't know what Kyle and I would do without him!
